Wonderful

Very large apartment with excellent kitchen and washing facilities.

Nil-met expectations. There is a lift do the large number of stairs is not an issue. In a quiet area about 5 min walk to Maria metro station.

Great place for my first time in Barcelona.

Great location, Metro location near and easy access to the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. It is easy to walk to some tourist attractions and the beach.

Nice place in Barcelona

The apartment is nice. It is a 30 minute walk to Sagrada Familia, lots of metro stations nearby. The restaurants in the neighborhood are pretty good, especially for breakfast and coffee. The wifi is super fast and great for WFH. The host was flexible on check-out and held my bags prior to check in, which I really appreciated.

The cost of course is ridiculously expensive, but it is Barcelona so everything is expensive. There's not much you can do about that, you're just looking for the least awful shade of expensive. Still, it is a nice place.

Apartment is very comfortable, clean, and has everything you need for pleasant stay. Although the building is really old, everything is working great, an have some specific 'soul'.

A few cups in the kitchen were put in the cabinet used..

Host was excellent with their communication. Apartment had been just decorated. We were very happy with our choice. Pau was exceptionally helpful.

The lift is not for the faint hearted but it added to the experience.

Reasonably priced apartment. Good base for a short stay.

Location was fine and facilities as described. However the decor was a bit tired and could do with redecoration. Skirting boards chipped etc. Single room VERY small with no window. I would rather have used the sofa bed. Also a duvet would have been nice rather than just a bed throw. However, we were only there one night and it was very reasonably priced. Pau always responded very quickly. Lift was amazing & we were very glad it was there as the apartment is on the top floor!

The apartment decor needs some attention. The folding door to the single room was damaged. Also, there is no socket near the bed in the single room. Beds only had a cover - no duvets or blankets but they were comfortable.

Great value for money, perfect for a few friends to stay!!

Host was really helpful when checking in remotely. They also left some bits and bobs for us (tasty crisps, coffee for the coffee machine etc). The actual flat was really nice and perfect on the inside for me my mum and dad. There was also a great view of the gherkin during the day and night when lit up from the room my parents had. A nice pizza place right outside the front door. Also a typical (but great quality) Catalan restaurant about 7min walk from the front door. Only 7 euros by taxi to the Sagrada Familia! My sister lives in Barca and her boss sometimes takes her to both of these places so she said they're legit and really they we're great.

The building is being completely revamped. So there's scaffolding on the inside all the way up to the 4th floor where we were, drapes from painting etc. which didn't really bother us to be fair. It did mean there was drilling at 9am onwards, which is fine as we were on our way out by then but something to note. The lift was a bit sketchy, mostly fine but a couple of times it got stuck just before the floor we were on, had to manually unlock the door. The area is also a little sketchy with ppl walking trolleys of scrap over to a yard around the corner from our place. For me and some friends it'd be absolutely fine. For me and my parents, perhaps I should have picked somewhere else. Absolutely no trouble though the guys were just trying to make their way.

Todo ideal . Buena iluminación Zona totalmente tranquila Vecinos tranquilos , nada de ruido para un descanso ideal

En el baño , la ventana no tenía una cortina o una simple pegatina para que desde el exterior no se viese el interior . Considero que es importante para la comodidad de las personas poner algo en el cristal ya sea una pegatina para cristal templado o una cortina para evitar que desde el exterior se vea con claridad a las personas en el baño mientras se duchan .

Departamento muy bien equipado

La verdad es que el departamento está muy bien, tuvo una remodelación reciente y está muy bien amueblado. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada, con horno, microondas, cafetera de filtro y de cápsulas, refrigerador tamaño completo, lavavajillas, lavadora, con implementos etc. El wifi funcionaba excelente y era de alta velocidad (un test random que hice daba 700Mbps). Mis padres pasaron un poco de frío la primera noche pero ya la segunda pregunté y habían cobertores extra en un mueble que no había visto. Pau siempre muy rápido para responder, y se acomodaron para poder realizar check-in de madrugada.

La ubicación no me gustó mucho, está relativamente cerca (10 minutos caminando) de dos líneas de metro lo que es bueno, pero el barrío en sí está medio en decadencia, no había mucho para comer cerca fuera de una pizzería (bien evaluada) y aparte está cerca de un club o centro de eventos por lo que era bien ruidoso el fin de semana (aunque para ser justos, casi no se escuchaba dentro del departamento). La pieza pequeña es casi claustrofóbica de lo pequeña que es, necesitaba una puerta plegable porque no daba espacio para una puerta normal. No me gustó la ropa de cama, ya que son espacios compartidos deberían tener cobertores con fundas lavables y tener toallas blancas

Apartamento muy amplio, mejor de lo que se aprecia en las fotos de la publicación. Anfitrión muy atento, apartamento muy bien equipado, no solo con utensilios necesarios, sino también con productos básicos y otros de cortesía.

En la ubicación no le doy 10 porque eso sería en el centro de Barcelona, pero esta a 10 minutos del parque de la Ciudadela y la terminal de buses. Con el metro y parada de buses a 5 minutos.
